How the Promo Code Actually Works
The promo code you will need right now is CASINO99. It is a resort booking code tied directly to a hotel package - not a free bet, not gaming credit, not a chip voucher. You enter it during the Genting Hotel online checkout on resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk and it unlocks the Stay, Dine and Play package. That package combines an overnight stay with access to the casino floor and the broader entertainment offering on site.
We want to be very clear about what CASINO99 is - and what it is not. The code only activates during the accommodation booking journey. It is linked to a hotel stay at Genting Hotel inside Resorts World Birmingham. If what you have in mind is a bonus chips deal or complimentary spins on slots, this particular promotion will not do that. It is built around the full resort experience rather than a gambling-only incentive.
| Promo Code | Type | Where to Apply | What It Covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| CASINO99 | Resort booking code | resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk | Hotel stay + Stay, Dine and Play package |
| Trip.com coupons | Third-party hotel discount | trip.com booking page | Room rate reduction, up to 10% for new app users |
| Resorts World VIP Card | In-venue discount card | Participating venues on-site | Percentage discounts at High Line, Sports Bar and partners |
The Resorts World VIP Card sits separately from any CASINO99 booking. It runs on its own track and does not depend on a particular room deal. With that card you receive ongoing percentage reductions at several venues across the complex - for example High Line bar, Sports Bar and a small group of partners. It is a Resorts World Birmingham product, not something limited to Genting Casino guests. If you are on-site regularly rather than just doing a one-off visit, it can make more sense.
Availability on the package that uses CASINO99 is not fixed. It can shift by date, season, and room type, so checking the live offers section on the site before you finalise anything is normally the safest approach. Standard terms and conditions apply, as they always will on this kind of promotion.
Entering the Code - the Actual Steps
Once you are on the correct booking pages, applying CASINO99 is straightforward. In practice it looks like this.
- Open resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk in your browser of choice.
- Head to the Stay, Dine and Play area or open the main Offers section.
- Choose the hotel package that clearly shows the CASINO99 promotion.
- Select your preferred date, then pick a room type at Genting Hotel.
- During checkout, watch for the dedicated promo or voucher code field.
- Type CASINO99 exactly as shown - no extra spaces, no added symbols.
- Confirm that the package or discount has applied before you submit payment.
- Finalise the booking and keep the confirmation email for your check-in.
If the code refuses to apply correctly, there are a few usual triggers. Sometimes the selected date is excluded, sometimes specific room categories are not part of the offer, and, of course, it may simply mean that the promotion has ended. A quick call to +44 (0) 121 273 1100 will confirm whether CASINO99 is still a live offer before you take the time to complete everything.
One small, general tip from our experience: whenever you apply any promo code on a booking site, take a quick screenshot of the page that clearly shows the reduction or package applied just before you pay. It is a simple habit and it can save time later if there is any confusion at check-in or if the bill does not match what you expected.
